Every company has its specific corporate events including corporate holidays, public holidays, class, etc. You can add any events that you want into the HRM system. All events can be viewed from the monthly calendar.
A Simple Guide on How to Create Event
How to Create Event?
Go to HR > Company Setting > New Company Event
Choose any event type, for example, Corporate Holiday and Class.
Key in all necessary details and select entitled branch, employee type, and employee group.
Click Save.
Example 1 - Corporate Holidays
You can create corporate holidays, such as a company anniversary, which are entitled to all employees.
To mark the event as a holiday, simply tick the checkbox designated for holidays.
Once set, the system will automatically track all holidays.
Example 2 - Non-holiday Events
You can create non-holiday events, such as training classes, in the system.
Once added, the event will appear in the employee calendar.
This serves as a reminder for employees to attend the training classes when they check their calendars.
Added Events
All added events will show in the list. If there is any cancellation of a corporate event, you may remove it by clicking on the Delete button.
Event Calendar Overview
The Event Calendar is accessible from e-Leave > Leave Calendar.
All events are displayed in the calendar, allowing HR to easily view them with a quick look.
